Location is ok, a taxi ride away from the beach if that’s what you are looking for. Lots of Korean food and spa in the area around it. The hotel was very clean and new. The pool was nice, the bar next to it was under renovation so couldn’t use that unfortunately. The room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for luggage and people. It was very clean too. They have a kettle and tea and coffee, but no mugs? When we asked for some it took over 30 minutes to arrive. The shower was also not great as it went between ice cold and boiling hot with no in between. We also had an issue where the door lock ran out of battery and maintenance had to come and let us into the room. This wasn’t a problem, happens often in modern hotels. But the staff were not helpful at all. The maid was there and we asked for her help. She said she called someone, but no one arrived until I called Reception again to ask someone to come. I also went to the reception to ask for help and was disappointed that the staff who helped me didn’t listen to what I explained and just kept telling me it was the key card that had returned to ‘default’ by accident. Even when I tried to explain my card still worked for the lift and that the maids master card didn’t work she didn’t listen and I felt she was very rude in trying to make an excuse. When we checked in we were also shamed for not being Marriot members, even though we are, and the lady seemed very shocked when I explained that Trip offered a much better price. Overall a lovely hotel, just doing expect good hospitality which is a shame from a Marriot hotel.

We had wonderful experiences to stay here in this newly hotel except we got minor incidents which staffs check inn and sign paper for assigned rooms but rooms was not ready and we have to wait for the rooms. Unfortunate when they give us keys is not the same room which I signed for. After all they sortout and we were happy

The hotel is very convenient, located just next to the Han River Bridge. The Han Market, Da Nang Cathedral and famous restaurant An Thoi are all within walking distance. The rooms are big and with excellent view of the signature Han River. The breakfast buffet is with large variety and I noticed some dish e.g. the Noodle Station renew everyday during my stay in hotel. Moreover, all staff are very helpful and with excellent hospitality. Highly recommend everyone should stay in this hotel if you are staying in Da Nang for sightseeing

Great recently opened hotel with a high standards. I stayed there 2 times during one week. That’s is the tallest building in DaNang with a nice rooftop swimming pool on 45th floor. Lobby decoration is just wow! I liked to work there with a cup of coffee. The room is sooooo big with panoramic window facing the river. Bed is very comfortable, pillows and duvet are just pretty good quality what is rare in Vietnam. And soundproofing is just crazy amazing because window is facing the main road connecting the bridge and it’s very noisy area, but you can’t hear the noise in your room. It’s so important in Vietnam and not all hotels have a high quality soundproofing. I was also impressed by a smart toilet ??(Japanese). Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks guys for my perfect stay at Marriott.

A new hotel and most of the rooms are clean. But the services are not good enough. I told the front desk staff the guests next besides my room are very noisy in midnight more than one night. The staff told me he couldn't do anything at the moments. We felt so frustrated and couldn't sleep. Staff obviously not well trained. A bit disappointed with 5 stars hotel.
